DRY LAND PROGRAMS

MHFS has created a series of fun physical activities to challenge and improve your “on snow “ skiing ability spanning over 9 months outside of the Australian Winter.

The Dry Land series, (October – June) are designed to develop the young athletes balance, create physical awareness, while improving confidence and core strength a in a safe team environment under the guidance of highly trained and dedicated coaches.
